Team Russia won the football tournament among the blind

Team Russia won an international football tournament among the blind, held in Moscow over the weekend, reports the official site Rossiyskogo Football Union (RFU).

Participated in the competition team of Russia, Spain, Greece and Belarus. Russia’s players began the tournament with a victory over Belarus team with a score of 2:0, but in the match for first place win at the Spanish national team (2:2 in game time, 1:0 - on penalties). Third place went to the Greek team, which defeated with a score of 4:0 Belarusian team.

In the summer of 2010 Russia national football team among the blind for the first time take part in the World Cup, which will be held in England.
